What role does Canada Life play in my DC pension?

Canada Life is the service provider for the Canada Post DC pension. As a new DC member, you can take advantage of free personalized and confidential assistance from a Canada Life call centre and/or a health and wealth consultant to:

  • better understand the features of your DC pension and the VSP,
  • make the most of Canada Post's matching contributions,
  • learn more about the investment options available, and
  • understand the online services and tools available from Canada Life.

What information is available to me on the Canada Life member website?

You can get personalized information about your DC and VSP retirement accounts and investment options on the Canada Life member website,
mycanadalifeatwork.com. It contains retirement planning tools and resources to help you develop and implement a savings and investment strategy that meets your needs, including an investment personality questionnaire and retirement goals tool.

How do I access Canada Life online services and tools?

Sign in to mycanadalifeatwork.com using your username and password.

If you are a new DC member and have not registered for online access you can log onto mycanadalifeatwork.com and register by selecting Register, then input your policy #74216 and your Employee ID and follow the prompts. This username and password will be what you use from now.
If you have forgotten your username or password, go to mycanadalifeatwork.com and select Forgot Password or Access ID/email address.
